Are you trying to figure out who you are? How to act? Who to be? Do you ever wonder who you really are? As Gospel Light's student ministries outreach, The Center exists to help you become everything you can be! There are mentors available to help you face the issues that all teenagers face, and there are other teenagers ready to help connect with you and show you what The Center is all about. There is no doubt that the young people of today's generation are facing temptations that their parents would have never dreamed. At Gospel Light Baptist Church and The Center, our goal is to help young people come to know Christ as their personal Saviour so that they can develop a love for Christ and a commitment to follow Him. It is our desire to partner with parents to help teach their teens how to make wise decisions, have a walk with Him, and find their purpose in life. SundaySunday School 10 A.M. We understand that the friendships formed during the teenage years can be a vital part of a teenager’s life. Our teen church meets every Sunday morning where we have approximately 150 teens in attendance. We also offer monthly activities for the whole youth group, as well as class activities for individual grades, so that these friendships can develop. Many young people feel that being a Christian means having no fun, but that is not the case! Your child will enjoy summer camps, youth conferences, mission trips, ski trips, trips to the lake, and many other activities as a part of our youth group. We desire each teen to learn how to live life "with purpose." |
