Pastor's Days


Are you a pastor or full-time Christian worker? If so, then Pastors’ Days is for you! This is a unique opportunity provided by Dr. Eric Capaci and his staff for you to be challenged and refreshed as you serve in the ministry.

As our guest, you will enjoy personal ministry training by participating in one-on-one sessions with your choice of Gospel Light Baptist Church and Champion Baptist College staff members.

Whatever your ministry role, our well qualified staff will be available to answer questions, generate new ideas, or offer practical, biblical guidance in a multitude of areas.

Here is a brief list of areas where you can receive assistance or new ideas from the Gospel Light staff:

• Music

• Counseling

• Team building

• Bus Ministry

• Church finances

• Missions

• Church Growth

• Discipleship

• Church planting

• Youth Ministry

• Church promotion/printing

• Any other area you request!


Each guest will also join Pastor Capaci in his weekly staff meeting and observe his leadership skills while observing his excitement for the ministry.

When making arrangements to attend one of our future sessions, plan to bring your spouse to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing time in the beautiful city of Hot Springs.

The cost of Pastors’ Days is free. We can even provide lodging upon request.

Registration will be completed by phone once the email request arrives in our office. Registration for any given Pastor's Days dates will close two Mondays prior to the start of Pastor's Days.
