Bus Ministry
Hundreds of parents all over Hot Springs let their children attend our Sunday school and Children’s Church each Sunday by riding one of our 15 buses or 4 vans to church.
We provide door-to-door service, which means that the bus will come to your house. A worker will walk to the door of your home and then escort your children to the bus. On the bus ride to church, there will be an exciting time of singing, contests, games, Bible lessons, and much more.
When they arrive at church, one of our adult workers on the bus will escort your children to their Sunday school class. Gospel Light Baptist Church offers a graded Sunday school program, so your children will attend a Sunday school class and children’s church with other children their same age.
In Sunday school, a well-trained teacher will teach a lesson from the Bible. After Sunday school is our children’s church time. This offers a variety of Bible preaching, contests, games, and singing.
After church, an adult worker will go to your child’s class and escort him/her back to the bus. On the bus ride home, there will once again be a time of singing, character instruction, and other activities that your child will enjoy. The bus will bring your child to your house, and one of our adult workers will walk with your child back to the door of your home.
